How long has Huntley Hills been open for business?

We opened the doors in 2018 and going strong since.

What makes your company a better option for people in the area to get to the airport?

We have reasonable prices, we are local, we customize transportation to fit to our clients’ needs and options. We are very dependable. Stay in touch with clients about all matters, especially delayed flights at airports and things like that.

How do you know what time to leave with all of the variables for traffic, weather, etc?

Rule of thumb is always leave yourself 2 hours at the airport for a domestic flight, 3 for international, just to take care of business at the airport. Huntley usually takes 40-50 mintures to get to the airport. I always say request your time 15 minutes earlier than you want to leave. You never now what dangers await on the wonderful 90 expressway. Especially with Midway. My motto is you can always read a book with a nice cup of coffee but you can’t run after a plane. And don’t try because then the police will run after you as well.

How can someone get a hold of you?

Call or text 815-219-7575.  Sometimes text is a little faster as we are on the road or on phone with other clients

What methods of payment do you accept? How is payment accepted?

Cash or credit card.  Any other method of payment must be approved by office.

What is the latest I can book a ride?

The sooner the better.  If you do book a ride the same day or day before we ask you call our office to see if we can accomodate so if we can’t, you can find another option.  The orders don’t get dispatched when you place order, so if you need immediate confirmation on an order the day before or next day, best to contact us.

What kind of vehicles do you have?
We have sedans, mini SUVs, and minivans. We do not have limos or party buses.
Do you do corporate accounts?

Yes, please call our office for details.

Do you do pickup locally in the community or do any other trips to concerts downtown or sports events?
No, we are an airport transportation service. Our primary function is to take people to the airport.
You ask for a credit card when I reserve a pickup at ORD. Is this considered a prepayment?
No.  We do not take any prepayment or credit cards on file.  By giving us your credit card information for your airport pickup, this is your commitment that you will be at the airport the date of your pickup.  We will only charge the card if you do not cancel before wheels off the ground of the flight info you gave us.
Do you provide car seats for passengers?
No but you may leave them with us.  There will be a $20 fee as we have to get the car seats to your driver for pick up.
What is your process for pickup at airport?

You will call us at 815-219-7575 (do not text) and let us know when you have luggage or are ready if you don’t have any.  We will work on getting you a close door to be picked up at, along with a color, make and model of vehicle with identifier and name of driver.  Once again you will pay the driver in the vehicle.  Do not tell him you have a credit card on file as we do not do that. Sometimes you may get a text when you get off the plan to contact the driver directly. This is because dispatch may not be available and we want you to be able to get home as quick as possible.

I’m a first time client, why do I have to book online?
We want to make sure we have the correct information for your pick up and if you are entering the information, there is very little chance the wrong info will be provided or a misunderstnading or error will occur.  Also since we have never worked with you before, the credit card hold is essential for us to continue to provide the reasonable rates we offer.  Before this policy was in place, many people canceled late, especially at airport where a driver could be waiting as considerably long period of time.

What is the cancelation policy?

For pick up at residence or business, we require a cancel by midnight.  The only exceptions are sickness and canceled flights.  For pick up at airport, you must let us know before your flight leaves from the origination airport.
